Proofreading & Document Creation Rates

While I do work full-time, I also enjoy proofreading and creating documents for various purposes. Because of my full-time job, I cannot promise a quick turnaround, but I will do my very best to return the document to you ASAP! Turnaround times will be discussed with you after you submit the Project Details Form.

Proofreading Rates

  • Single Page - $15 flat rate

  • 1-3 Pages - $20/hr

  • 4 -10 Pages - $25/hr

  • 10+ Pages - $30/hr

If you are unsure how many pages your project will be, you may still submit the form linked below. I will contact you and we will discuss approximate page number and applicable rates. All proofreading rates include a full spell-check and grammar review for your choice of British English, Canadian English, or American English.

Document Creation Rates

  • Single Page - $20 flat rate

  • 2+ Pages - $25/hr

The client (you) will provide all the relevant information needed to create the document. If I need to spend time to find an image or pay for copyrights for a font or image to be used in the document, that charge will be added onto the final invoice.
All payment is due upon project completion. Invoices will be sent out via PayPal to the client's preferred email address. Finalized documents will be sent in preferred file type (.PDF, .docx, .txt, etc.) after notice of payment has been received.
